Fish
   
Hilsha Fry  
Ingredients:
  • • Hilsha fish
  • • Turmeric
  • • Salt
  • • Soya bean oil
  • • Green chili
Methods:
  1. 1. Wash and clean the Fish properly.
  2. 2. Cut the fish into 6 pieces.
  3. 3. Add salt and turmeric to the fish.
  4. 4. Keep it aside for few minutes.
  5. 5. Heat Oil in a frying pan, and then add the fish slowly into the oil.
  6. 6. Fry the fish in medium heat till the fish turns golden brown.
  7. 7. Serve it.
   
   
Shutki Fish curry  
    Ingredients:
  • • Dry fish/Shutki 200 gm
  • • oil 2 table spoon
  • • onion slice 1 cup
  • • garlic paste 1 tea spoon
  • • turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
  • • chili powder 2 tea spoon
  • • salt as required
  • • water as required
  • • garlic slice 1 cup
  • • potato slice 1 cup
  • • green chili 5-6
  • • tomato 1
Methods:
1. Cut the dry fish in small pieces and soak it in cold water for 4-5 hour. Then the fish will become soft.
2. Then soak again in hot water for ½ an hour and after that remove the fish bone.
3. Put a pan on the burner and pour oil in the pan.
4. Add onion slice in oil and fry for 3 minutes.
5. Add all the spices and small amount of water and shutki and cook for 5 minutes.
6. Now add green chili, tomato, small amount of water and cook for 20 minutes.
