Ingredients:
- • Mugh Dal 1 cup
- • Polaw Rice 4 cups
- • Frozen vegetables 2 cups
- • Onion 1 medium
- • Jalapeno or chilli 4
- • Ginger 3/4 tsp
- • Cumin 1/2 tsp
- • Coriander 1/2 tsp
- • Turmeric 1 tsp
- • Garlic 1/2 tsp
- • Cooking oil 1/2 cup

| Methods: |

Take 1 cup of "moong" daal and 4 cups of "pulao" rice in a rice cooker. |
| 2. |
Wash the mixture and drain out excess water. |
| 3. |
Add 2 cups of fresh or previously-frozen mixed vegetable pieces (broccoli, cauliflower, sweet peas, long beans, carrot, corn etc.). |

Add small-cut pieces of one medium onion and four standard jalapeno peppers. |
| 5. |
Add 3/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, 1/2 teaspoon of ground cumin (jeera), 1/2 teaspoon of ground coriander (dhonia), 1 teaspoon of ground turmeric (holud), 1/2 teaspoon of ground garlic (roshun). |

Add 1/2 cup of your favorite cooking oil, and stir well for a very good dry mixture. |

Now, add 9 (nine) cups of warm water, put the lid on the cooker and turn it on. |
| 8. |
Your Khichuri will be done in half an hour. |

| Shutki Fish curry |

Ingredients:
- • Dry fish/Shutki 200 gm
- • oil 2 table spoon
- • onion slice 1 cup
- • garlic paste 1 tea spoon
- • turmeric powder 1 tea spoon
- • chili powder 2 tea spoon
- • salt as required
- • water as required
- • garlic slice 1 cup
- • potato slice 1 cup
- • green chili 5-6
- • tomato 1

Cut the dry fish in small pieces and soak it in cold water for 4-5 hour. Then the fish will become soft. |
| 2. |
Then soak again in hot water for ½ an hour and after that remove the fish bone. |
| 3. |
Put a pan on the burner and pour oil in the pan. |
| 4. |
Add onion slice in oil and fry for 3 minutes. |
| 5. |
Add all the spices and small amount of water and shutki and cook for 5 minutes. |
| 6. |
Now add green chili, tomato, small amount of water and cook for 20 minutes. |
